The Defendant served as the director of the retirement pension business division of C Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “C Life Insurance”) and received explanations about the F market redevelopment project from E, the representative director of D Co., Ltd. on February 2013, and received the promise of a certain portion of the share in the business and received the awareness of investment in the business.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. A. Around August 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the office of the business division of the retirement pension of 56th floor in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant arbitrarily prepared a letter of payment assurance in the name of the C Life Insurance and affixed the seal impression of the C Life Insurance Co., Ltd., which was arbitrarily inscribed on the side of the C Life Insurance Co., Ltd. stated in the C Life Insurance’s “C Life Insurance” to be used to borrow KRW 3 billion from H, a bond company, without obtaining approval of C Life Insurance for the purpose of obtaining a loan of KRW 3 billion from H.

For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a letter of payment assurance in the name of Clife Insurance, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On October 13, 2013, the Defendant arbitrarily prepared a letter of payment assurance in the name of C Life Insurance, and affixed the corporate seal impression of C Life Insurance Co., Ltd., which had been arbitrarily attached to the entry “C Life Insurance” on the side of the entry “C Life Insurance”, with a view to using the loan of KRW 3 billion from the first T&C Co., Ltd. to obtain KRW 3 billion.

For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a letter of payment assurance in the name of Clife Insurance, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On October 14, 2013, the Defendant may be aware of the forgery at the 28th office office of the above Clife insurance.
