1. All appeals filed by the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) are dismissed.

Reasons
The reasoning of this Court’s reasoning is as follows: (a) evidence additionally submitted at the trial and the Defendants’ assertion on the completion of the prescriptive prescription is not sufficient to recognize the Defendants’ assertion on the completion of the prescriptive prescription; and (b) the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance is the same as that of the judgment; (c) thus, it is cited by applying the text
Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is justified, and the appeal by the defendants is dismissed in its entirety as it is without merit.
