1. On February 20, 2017, the Defendant on the motor vehicle stated in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff, due to the termination of the consignment management contract.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: as shown in the Attached Form “Cause of Claim”.
2. Applicable provisions of Acts: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. In accordance with the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Oct. 1, 2015), damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 are recognized, a claim for damages for delay exceeding the above ratio should be dismissed.
