1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 2, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. On February 17, 2006, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 40 million to the Defendant, and the Defendant paid the funds on November 1, 2012, the final payment of the principal and interest was not made.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff a loan of KRW 40 million and damages for delay from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint as requested by the Plaintiff.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
