1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On December 15, 2014, the Plaintiff, as indicated in the Disposition No. 1-A, leased the building specified in the Disposition No. 1-A to the Defendant for a fixed period of KRW 5 million, KRW 300,000 per month, and the period of December 14, 2016. The Defendant did not pay KRW 1.5 million for a period of six months until June 14, 2015. The Plaintiff expressed his/her intention to terminate the said lease by delivering a copy of the complaint of this case on the grounds of the delinquency in rent for at least two years.
