Punishment of the crime
On December 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Central District Court on December 19, 2013, and completed the execution of the said sentence on October 22, 2014.
Defendant,
1. On December 3, 2016, around 20:00 to receive KRW 200,000 from the Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, and sell to E approximately 1.4g of a one-time penphone-phone;
2. On June 12, 2017, around 09:00, H free of charge in the guest room located in the Busan Northern-gu, Busan Northern-gu, about 0.03 g of phiphonephones;
3. On June 16, 2017, from 03:00 to 300,000 won in front of the emergency room of the I Hospital and sell 0.65g of philopon to H;
4. Medicationd on August 2017 at K's house located in the Busan Yong-gu, Busan, for a single-use cronon 0.05g grophone, for a single-use cronon;
5. On November 2, 2017, around 00:30 around the Incheon L, being injected with a single philopon in 0.05 groopon in the non-fluor’s room located near the Incheon L, and on November 2, 2017, around 05:00 around November 2, 2017, M in 0.35 g of the philopon to M in the non-fluor’s room near the Incheon L, and in return, sell 40 g of the philopon to M in the fluor’s room;
7. On November 2, 2017, around N1:58, around N1: (a) kept and possessed marijuana approximately 39.04 gh in a household room, etc., on three-time sales, one-time delivery, two-time medication, and marijuana as above.
