1. Notwithstanding that the Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, the Defendant who imports sculphones:

A. On January 2, 2012, at around 10:00, he/she was found to have a transparent plastic sealing paper containing approximately 20 g of psychotropic drugs, Mesphere, psychotropic drugs, to E located in the D accommodation located in the Philippines, with approximately KRW 3 million, and 20 g of psychotropic drugs (hereinafter “mancopon”). On January 3, 2012, at around 12:30, 2012, he/she was found to have the Defendant’s brode onto the aircraft belonging to the Republic of the Philippines by hiding the plastic bag containing 20 g of the above brophoneon on the Defendant’s brode inside the copon, and imported the copon through the Incheon Customs Office Search around 17:00 on January 3, 2012, and then arrived at the Incheon Customshouse located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-dong 2851.

B. On January 10, 2012, around 09:00, to E located in the above D (hereinafter referred to as “D”), a transparent vinyl paper containing approximately KRW 30,000 and approximately KRW 30,000,000 from the said D (hereinafter referred to as “C”) was dried up, and then, around 12:30 on January 10, 2012, a defendant was on board the aircraft belonging to the Republic of the Philippines with a vinyl containing 30g of the above crophone on the inside of the Defendant’s brophone at the Mea Port of the Philippines (hereinafter referred to as “the crophone”) and then imported a crophone by transiting the customs search stand after having arrived at the above Incheon State’s provision on January 17:00;

C. From January 16, 2012, around 09:00, to E located in the above D (hereinafter referred to as “D”), a transparent vinyl paper containing approximately KRW 30,000,000 in the said D (including approximately 30,000 philopon), was dried up, and then, around January 16, 2012, at around 12:30, the Defendant was on board the aircraft belonging to the Philippines aviation with a plastic bag containing 30 g of the said philopon on the inside the Defendant’s brode at the Mea Port of the Philippines (hereinafter referred to as “the Melopon”). At around 17:00 on January 16, 2012, the Defendant got into the above Incheon State’s provision of the said Incheon State, and then imported the balopon by way of hiding via the customs search stand.

On March 8, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with E released from the Republic of Korea, received approximately 100 ghonphones kept by E at an airport outside the Philippines on March 12, 2012, and concealed them inside the Defendant’s Brazil.
