On February 13, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on February 13, 201, and a fine of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime at the same court on October 29, 2014.

1. "2015 Highest 533";

A. On January 7, 2015, the Defendant had been punished for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) more than twice as seen above, but around January 22:36, 2015, the Defendant driven C truck under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.092% under the influence of alcohol at least 0.092%, without obtaining a driver’s license, from the roads near the Seowon market located in Busan East-gu, Busan, about 359-ro, to the roads adjacent to the Seowon apartment 108-dong neighboring the 100-dong.

B. On January 11, 2015, the Defendant had been punished for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act more than twice as seen above, but around 03:00 on January 11, 2015, the Defendant driven the said cargo under the influence of alcohol content 0.103% while under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 30 meters at the surface of the emulgation on the road near the Southern apartment located in the Seocho-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

2. The Defendant, “2015 Highest 629”, even though he/she had been punished for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) more than twice as seen above, was driving a two-lane C truck from the 4-dong 4-dong BG BGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

3. On January 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) while under the influence of alcohol of 04:25% in blood without a driver’s license on January 10, 2015, the Defendant driven C motor vehicles at a section of about 3km from the road located in the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government, Busan, to the road front of the high speed oil station at a speed of about 1730 meters, as Busan, as the center of the Fri-gu, Busan.
