1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 17,100,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from May 22, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

The Defendant’s loan principal amounting to KRW 17,100,000 (i.e., the loan principal amounting to KRW 21,00,000,000 - The loan principal amounting to KRW 3,90,000,00 which is confirmed through the evidence No. 3 through 6 of the evidence No. 3 through November 24, 2017 to November 26, 2018) applied delay damages amounting to the Defendant’s repayment from November 24, 2017 to the Defendant’s repayment damages amounting to KRW 3,90,000,000, based on the ratio of delay damages amounting to the agreement No. 2 of the Plaintiff’s payment
