However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. When the Defendant supplied each item to the Navy, he/she received a request from an authorized agency for submission of a test report from the authorized agency, and attempted to forge and use the test report in the name of the President of the Korea Testing and Research Institute already issued.

피고인은 2011. 6. 28.경 경남 밀양시 C에 있는 ㈜D 사무실에서, 기존에 발급받아 소지하고 있던 한국화학융합시험연구원장 명의의 시험성적서를 스캔하여 컴퓨터에 저장한 후, 문서편집 프로그램을 이용하여 시험성적서의 접수일자를 `2011년 06월 11일‘로, 시험완료일자를 ’2011년 06월 17일‘로, 시료명을 ’목재시편(미송)‘으로, 휨강도 결과치를 ’86.4‘로, 시험성적서 발급일을 ’2011년 06월 17일‘로 각 기재하여 출력한 것을 비롯하여 별지 범죄일람표 기재와 같이 시험성적서 3장을 출력하였다.

As a result, the suspect has forged three copies of the results of the Korean Testing and Research Institute under the name of the president for the purpose of exercising.

2. Around June 29, 2011, the Defendant: (a) supplied each of the materials at the distribution center of the Navy headquarters located in Jindo-si, Changwon-si; (b) submitted a forged test report under the name of the president of the Korea Institute of Chemical Convergence in the name of the head of the Korea Institute of Chemical Convergence, as described in paragraph (1), to F, an employee of the Korea Institute of Chemical Convergence, who is aware of such forgery; and (c) submitted it three times as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

3. The Defendant supplied each of the materials to the Navy headquarters at the time and place specified in Paragraph 2, and submitted the test report as if he had undergone a normal test to the above F, as described in Paragraph 2, and supplied each of the materials 5,695, including each of the materials 4,940, each of the materials sent out, 215, and 540, each of the materials sent out, and 5,695.

However, the above facts are related to each other.
