1. As to Plaintiff A’s KRW 11,50,00, and KRW 8,800,000 for Plaintiff B and each of the said money, the Defendant shall start from July 4, 2015 to July 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal: The interest rate after October 1, 2015, pursuant to the amended provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, shall be 15% per annum.
