A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Defendant

A and Defendant B, as a foreigner of the Republic of Korea’s nationality, have been on decks specified in Section D (D; English omitted) of the container transport vessel D (hereinafter referred to as “W”) owned by the Republic of Korea Shipping Co., Ltd., and the victim E (the age of 22) was on board as the pilot of the said vessel.

1. Defendant A’s crime;

A. On September 19, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime on September 19, 2016, around September 19, 2016: (a) discovered the victim from the above D Upper-DECK and elevators; and (b) found the victim from the Apper-DEC and elevators; and (c) took the victim’s loss by the Apper-man’s own loss

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

B. On September 30, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime on September 30, 2016: (a) around 16:00, the Defendant was inside the elevator of Dapper-DECK, with the victim on board; (b) when the Defendant was on board with the victim on his/her own hand, starting with the end of the victim’s hair head; (c) on his/her hand, the Defendant was able to write down a clean; and (d) on his/her shoulder continuously, the Defendant was able to string the Defendant’s hand on his/her shoulder; and (d) the Defendant was able to string by

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

(c)

On October 1, 2016, the Defendant, around 22:00 on October 1, 2016, committed the crime, committed the following acts: (a) around 22:00, the Defendant was on board the said D elevator; (b) the victim was on board with the victim; (c) the victim was able to take the inside rail of the elevator in front of the victim; (d) the victim was unable to move by hand; and (e) the victim was able to see the left side of the victim’s loss; and (e) the victim continued to refuse it.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

(d)

On October 12, 2016, around 23:00 on October 12, 2016, the Defendant, at the entrance of the elevator of the above D E-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C-C- of the victim, carried the victim's knick hand with the victim's left hand, carried the victim's knife to the direction of the victim's room.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

E. On October 20, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime around October 20, 2016: (a) around 11:40 on October 20, 2016, around the elevator above D E E-Vke, and (b) took the victim’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.
