1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. On the ground that the lease contract dated May 28, 201 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on the real estate indicated in the separate sheet between the Plaintiff and the Defendant was terminated on the grounds that the lease contract was terminated on the grounds of rent for more than two years, the Plaintiff’s eviction and unjust enrichment return claim against the Defendant, who is the lessee of the Plaintiff (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
