1. The Defendant’s compulsory execution against the Plaintiff on February 26, 2013, based on the payment order No. 2013j. 41, against the Defendant.

Reasons

1. The payment order stated in Paragraph (1) of the specification of the claim is based on the non-existence of the purchase contract or the purchase contract entered into by deception. Since the plaintiff cancels the above contract through the service of the copy of the complaint of this case (the above cancellation part is a part of the claim stated in the complaint) and compulsory execution based on the above payment order should be rejected.
