1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 12, 2015 to the date of full payment.

(Provided, “creditor” is deemed to be the Plaintiff, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the Defendant). 2. Service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act). The provision on statutory interest rate in the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Part-Time (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) recognizes the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as it was promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced from October 1, 2015.
