계약불성립 확인의 소
The instant lawsuit is dismissed.
Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.
1. The following facts are apparent in the records or are significant to this court:
A. The Defendant filed an application with this Court 2020 Kadam 50102 to offer the instant lawsuit as security, and this Court rendered a decision to provide security with the content that “The Plaintiff shall deposit KRW 13,200,000 for the Defendant within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification of the security as security for the litigation costs of the instant case pursuant to Articles 117(1) and 120 of the Civil Procedure Act.”
B. The plaintiff appealed against the above decision to provide security. On November 16, 2020, the Daejeon High Court (Cheongju) rendered a decision to dismiss the above appeal (2020Ra 127), and the above decision became final and conclusive as it is.

The plaintiff does not provide a security under the above decision within the time limit for providing the security as well as until this decision is sentenced.
2. In conclusion, it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices who reviewed the lawsuit of this case without pleading pursuant to the main sentence of Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act.
