Seized evidence No. 1 (one butane gas siren for outdoor use) shall be confiscated.

On February 6, 2019, at around 14:20, the Defendant, while working as an employee in the office of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Women’s Accommodation, placed a portable gas dust on the plastic horse stuff, which is located on the floor of the office in order to work for the country of rice culture with remaining food, and put on the fire of a portable gas dust.

Since the location was a space where approximately 20 cm away from portable gas, combustible substances such as dynasium and laundry were placed, and approximately 2.5 tights were sealed, the Defendant was obliged to take a duty of care to prevent the transfer of inflammable substances in the vicinity to another place, such as all removal of inflammable substances around the Defendant, to prevent the transfer from being carried onto another place, including a portable gas rail or a shotle, and to prevent the transfer of inflammable substances to a different place from a shot.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and opened smells on the portable gas bags, and caused a fire that saws on a portable gas park due to gross negligence by leaving the seat of 20 to 30 minutes in order to make cleaning and soon, the Defendant caused a fire that fights on a portable gas park due to the heating of the odors on a portable gas park, and caused the fire to spread to the corridor and guest room through the office.

As a result, the Defendant, by gross negligence, destroyed the two floors of the instant “B” building owned by C in a size equivalent to 181 square meters as a non-repair fee, and, at the same time, caused the victim D (n, 42 years of age) to die from the “F Hospital” located in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government due to low oxygen brain, etc. on February 8, 2019, and caused the victim G (64 years of age) to suffer about 3 to 4 weeks of medical treatment.
