Punishment of the crime
On December 2, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for four months in Busan District Court due to property damage, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 24, 2016.
1. Interference with business;
A. The victim interfered with the victim's taxi driving by force, such as getting off another taxi by preventing the customer from getting off and leaving the taxi.
C. On February 27, 2015, at around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) taken alcohol from “I” operated by the victim H located in Busan Y, and found it, without any reason, interfered with the victim’s game room business operation by force over about 30 minutes, such as “I want to be engaged in funeral service,” and, without any reason, she took a bath to “I I want to be engaged in it; and (b) the displayed chemical parts have broken off.”
