1. The Defendant’s notary public against C is based on the authentic copy of a notarial deed with the executory power of No. 2015No. 17, which is the father of the law firm.

Reasons

1. On November 4, 2015, based on the authentic copy of a notarial deed with executory power stated in paragraph (1) of the Disposition against C, the Defendant: (a) seized each of the corporeal movables listed in the separate sheet; and (b) each of the said corporeal movables is the things owned by the Plaintiff.
