1. The Defendant’s KRW 33,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from April 15, 2016 to September 29, 2016.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company that provides consultation and advisory services on the acquisition, management, lease, development, etc. of real estate, and the Defendant is a company that engages in textile yarn, manufacture, and sales business.

The defendant (hereinafter referred to as "the client") shall enter into a consulting service contract with the plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as "the plaintiff, the mandatary") for the establishment of a development project plan for strengthening the competitiveness of the old and the old and the old infinite site (hereinafter referred to as "the subject real estate"), as follows:

Article 3 (Scope of Services) The scope of services to be rendered by a mandatary under this Agreement shall be as follows:
