From November 16:00 to 16:20 on November 4, 2012, the Defendants: (a) 3 or more points using 51 ports on the 1st floor of the building located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si; and (b) 1,000 won in the case of 3 points to winners; and (c) 2,000 won in the case of 5 points, and 3,000 won in the case of 3 points in the case of 3 points, and 3,000 won in several occasions.
