1. The Defendant’s compulsory execution against the Plaintiff on August 29, 2013, based on the judgment of 2012 Gohap3328, is denied.

Reasons

Since the plaintiff fully pays the amount to be paid to the defendant according to the judgment entered in the order, the defendant's compulsory execution based on the above judgment shall be dismissed.
