A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months and a fine not exceeding 100,000 won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.
Punishment of the crime
1. From 10:00 on December 2, 2018 to 11:00 on the same day, the Defendant found the victim D (E) who was installed without operating for a long time at the 2nd apartment C-dong parking lot in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and removed the number plate attached to the above 2nd part, and removed the number plate attached to the above 2nd part of the 2nd part, and removed the above number plate from the Defendant’s 2nd part to attach the above number plate to the 2nd part of the 2nd part of the 2nd part of the 2nd part.

On December 6, 2018, at around 00:50 on December 6, 2018, the Defendant started from the above non-registered co-registration format 250Raba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance without a motorcycle driver's license, and operated approximately 10km from the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office and F to the above underground parking lot again.
