1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 47,778,591 as well as KRW 45,939,855 as well as to the Plaintiff from June 30, 2014.
Reasons
1. On June 27, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant A for corporeal movables, and Defendant B, Albaf golf, and Defendant A’s joint and several liability for rental fee payment.
The plaintiff claims rental fees against the defendants.
