The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On September 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 06:55 on September 26, 2017, the Defendant: (b) obstructed the movement parking of the victim C (the remaining and the age of 27) in the front parking zone of the 106-dong apartment complex B, Seosan-si; (c) brought a dispute with the victim; (d) brought an assault against the victim on the victim’s neck and chest part over 7-8 occasions.
2. Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act applicable to the facts charged of judgment: A judgment dismissing a victim’s non-prosecution of intent on November 17, 2017, which was after the prosecution of Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act (Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act)
