【Criminal Facts】

1. While being tried as a crime of violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., Defendant A, along with Defendant B and F, reported and stored a drug offender who committed an investigation cooperation official book, and tried to use it as a sentencing data for Defendant A’s sentencing, but was unable to accumulate the public for reasons such as not specifying the identity of the person subject to information.

F, upon Defendant A’s request on February 19, 2015, the Republic of Korea: (a) departing from the Republic of Korea with the Republic of Korea on February 19, 2015; (b) called “I” to “K located in the J in Yang-si in Gyeonggi-do, Yangju-si; and (c) on February 20, 2015, the Republic of Korea sent the philopon to H by “K located in the J in Yang-si in Gyeonggi-do; (d) on February 20, 2015, the Republic of Korea sent approximately 3.74 g of philopon to the International Cargo Delivery; and (e) the philopon arrived at the Incheon State on February 22, 2015, at around 15:30.
