1. As to KRW 85,246,363 and KRW 30,215,591 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from August 31, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

(However, "creditor" among the causes of the same claim is changed into "Plaintiff", and "debtor" into "Defendant", respectively.
A judgment without pleading: Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act
2. The interest rate after October 1, 2015, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc. amended on September 25, 2015, shall apply 15% per annum.
