The instant lawsuit is dismissed.
Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.
1. The following facts are apparent in the records or are significant to this court:
A. On August 10, 2020, this Court ordered the Plaintiff to deposit KRW 11,700,000 with the security of the costs of lawsuit pursuant to Articles 117(2) and 120(1) of the Civil Procedure Act. The Court ordered the Plaintiff to deposit KRW 11,70,000 within seven days from the date of receiving the notice of this order as security of the costs of lawsuit.
B. The Plaintiff did not provide a security under the above decision within the time limit for providing the security as set forth in the above decision as well as until this decision is sentenced.
2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices who reviewed the lawsuit of this case without pleading pursuant to the main sentence of Article 124 of the Civil Procedure Act.
