1. The Defendant: KRW 32,696,905 for the Plaintiff and KRW 15% per annum from April 18, 2019 to May 31, 2019; and
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in the changed cause of claims; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. In accordance with the amendment of the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Encouragement, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuits, since the statutory interest rate from June 1, 2019 was 12% per annum, the part of the claim that exceeds such scope shall be dismissed.
