A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person engaged in driving a benz car.
1. Around 19:05 on May 13, 2018, Defendant 1 driven the above vehicle and proceeded with a two-lane road (including a two-lane for left-hand turn) of the Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-gun, Cheongdo-do-ro, Cheongdo-do-ro, the distance of 403-3 mother instructors distance from May 13, 2018, along the one-lane from the edge of the Cheongdo-do police station.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the above occupational negligence the injury to the victim, such as the “finites and tensions,” which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment for the victim, the injury to the damaged vehicle E (V, 66 years of age) such as cinites and tensions, and the injury to the damaged vehicle E (V, 62 years of age), such as cinites and tensions, which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment for the injured vehicle’s passengers (V, 63 years of age), and the injury to the damaged vehicle’s passengers G (V, f3 years of age) which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, such as cinites and tensions, which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driving a B benz car at a level of about 400 meters alcohol concentration from the 400-meter radius to the place like paragraph (1) at the Cheongyang-gun, Seoyang-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do.
