In around 2014, the Defendant, as a result of the failure of Lestop business, etc., caused approximately KRW 4-50 million debt, and as a means of financing to resolve this, he was willing to deceive the general public by using information on overseas loans that have already ceased to exist through the Internet around 2009 as if he would receive corporate loans from the Thailand, and by deceiving the general public as if he would receive corporate loans.

Thus, on October 2015, the Defendant called the victim C who became aware of prior consultation with the Defendant on the loan of a company in connection with the loan of a company at a sub-scar in Seoul (Seoul) and received a telephone call from the victim C to introduce the loan of a company, and “The victim may incur KRW 50 million from the local bank of Thailand through the transfer of the loan of a company in Thailand, and out of which, 150 million won will be paid. The expenses incurred in obtaining the loan and local staying expenses, etc. need to be paid.”

However, at the time, the defendant had the intent to acquire money from the victim as a result of the need to pay money to himself/herself, and there was no actual fact related to the local bank in Thailand, and there was no intention or ability to receive corporate loans from the local bank in Thailand as the defendant explained otherwise.

Nevertheless, on November 18, 2015, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 10 million from the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account Number: D) in the name of the Defendant, and received KRW 10 million from the victim from the Incheon Jung-gu Airport around the 25th day of the same month, and acquired KRW 20 million in total from the victim from the Incheon Airport at the Incheon Jung-gu Airport around the 272 Incheon Airport.

In addition, the Defendant made cash payments between November 13, 2015 and from November 26, 2015 to December 26 of the same month in the same manner.
