If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

1. A person who takes over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall not apply for the registration of transfer of ownership within 15 days without justifiable grounds, and an owner or possessor of an automobile shall not continue to leave an automobile on the road;

A. On October 2014, the Defendant purchased D M&A from Hadman C to KRW 2.50,000, and did not file an application for registration of the transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds.

B. From October 2014 to February 1, 2015, the Defendant continued to store the said D Mart car on the roads in front of the rest area of the Haak-ri Flue House, Haak-ri, Haak-ri, Haak-ri, Haak-ri, Haak-ri, Haak-ri, Haak-si.

2. No person shall display or install any advertisement, etc. which is likely to impair the safety of road traffic, in violation of the Management of Outdoor Advertising, etc.;

Nevertheless, during the period from October 2014 to early February 2015, the Defendant was placed on the roof of the said M& car from the three-distance distance in front of the above F&C rest area to the police officer from February 2015.

An advertising board stating the phrase “(s)” has been installed in a car brokerage advertisement that might impair road traffic.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. The defendant to whom Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act applies is subject to this Act.
