1. As regards 231 square meters in Tong-si, Dong-si:
A. The Defendant and C cancel the gift agreement concluded on November 4, 2014, and B.
Reasons
1. On October 16, 2013, the Plaintiff making a loan to C on October 16, 2013. The C, without paying the above loan, donated real estate as stated in the Disposition No. 1 to the Defendant, who is an incidental parent. This constitutes a fraudulent act, seeking revocation of a donation contract and cancellation of transfer registration (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
