The defendants are the lessees of the building outside the water zone C in Chungcheongnam-si and the two lots of land.

The Defendants stated in the indictment of D as “K,” but the Suwon District Court 2018da541239 (main office) and the other party to the lawsuit of lease deposit is “D” and “K” is the legal representative of L law firm, who is the legal representative of D. Thus, this part is corrected as above.

B. During the lawsuit of Suwon District Court 2018Kadan541239 (principal lawsuit), the name map of the building, and the lease deposit amount of 2019Kadan522471 (Counterclaim), the Defendants conspired to submit receipts to the court by forging them with evidentiary materials concerning the disbursement of the interior cost (necessary and beneficial cost) for the building leased by the Defendants.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On May 20, 2019, the Defendants conspired to forgee a simplified receipt under the name of E without authority to exercise the authority in the Defendant’s residence F of the wife population, and the date of preparation of the simplified receipt form (that the name, business registration number, and place of business of “G” is affixed to the supplier column) delivered from H, the actual operator of “G”, and the “38,500,000” in the total value of the proceeds from supply as of October 29, 2017. The Defendants forged one copy of the simplified receipt under the name of E, a private document concerning the fact-finding, stating the following five details of supply, and immediately forged the “23,00,000,000” in the total value of proceeds from supply as of November 20, 2017, and forged a simple receipt under the name of E, the following three items.

B. The Defendants conspired to forge the temporary receipt under the I’s name.

The trade name, business registration number, and place of business of "J" to the supplier of simplified receipts issued by "J" without authority for the purpose of exercising them at the time and place specified in the paragraph.
