A. The plaintiff's assertion

1. The pertinent Plaintiff is a special corporation established pursuant to the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (hereinafter “Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act”) and entrusted with the industrial accident compensation insurance business by the Minister of Employment and Labor, and is in the relationship between the insurer and the insured under the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (hereinafter “Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act”) and the claimant who acquired the right to claim damages on behalf of the victim against the Defendant pursuant to Article 87 of the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act.

The Korean Federation of Trucking Transport Services is an insurer which entered into an automobile insurance contract with Nonparty B’s owner and driver to compensate for damages arising in connection with the operation of Nonparty B’s Bar (hereinafter “Bar”), and is driving as described in the following paragraph (2).

The recourse obligor has the obligation to pay the plaintiff the amount of compensation for the tort caused by an accident to which the victim would be injured.

2. Occurrence of the right of indemnity;
