1. The defendant shall pay 42,184,900 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from August 24, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, “creditor” is deemed to be the Plaintiff, and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the Defendant.
2. Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of a judgment without holding any pleadings.
