3,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

1. A violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (flapsying) dealt with Metephacopty (hereinafter “copon”) which is a local mental medicine, because the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, or is prohibited from cultivating, possessing, possessing, receiving, transporting, transporting, or smoking marijuana, the Defendant handled the following phiopon and received, smoked, as follows:

A. On November 2015, the Defendant: (a) sold philophones and received marijuana; (b) sold philophones to C at the office of an insular travel agent located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon; and (c) received delivery of KRW 0.05g of philophones to C; (d) received delivery of 100,000 won of philophones; and (e) received marijuana from C without compensation.

B. Around 14:00 on January 4, 2016, the Defendant received and received philophones from F without compensation, and received philophones from F in the EYF Soon car, which was parked in the vicinity of the D History in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

On January 4, 2016, at around 15:00, the Defendant administered opon medication, and around 15:00, at the trade influent office located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, the amount of 0.05g gopon contained in the one-time injection machine, melting the water into his arms, and continuously smokes marijuana in a way that reduces the initial part of the tobacco smoke of one cigarette, puts the fopon into the fopon, puts the fopon in the smoke, and smokes it by attaching the smoke.
