. Defendant A is the same representative of Dong-si, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, and Defendant B is a resident of the same apartment. On August 6, 2012, Defendant A, the representative of the occupant of the above three apartment complexes, sent to the victim E, who is the representative of the occupant of the above three apartment complexes.
On August 7, 2012, at around 10, around 21:20, the Defendants, along with the residents of the above apartment in around 10, the above apartment, the representative of the occupants of the three apartment complexes in the above apartment complexes E, 308-dong 1*****. In order to confirm that the first class of the apartment complex was 2 to 3 times and the entrance was opened, the Defendants removed the locking system of the entrance, and entered the house of the victim without permission of the above E or F.
Accordingly, the Defendants jointly intruded upon the victim’s residence.

On the other hand, as evidence corresponding to the facts charged in this case, there are statements in E's investigative agency and this court, F's investigative agency and this court's statements, corridor and elevator moving photographs. The statements in E's investigative agency and this court are merely statements to the effect that the main contents of the statements were the same as those of the facts charged, and the corridor and elevator moving photographs are merely evidence of the fact that the hallway and elevator moving photographs were on board the elevator at the time stated in the facts charged in the judgment of the defendants. Thus, direct evidence of the facts charged in this case is only statements in F's investigative agency and court.
According to F’s investigation agency and court’s statement, the record reveals that Defendant B consistently enters and entered the ward by consistently opening the door from the investigative agency to this court, and Defendant B entered the room, and Defendant B said that F she endeds the window on the side, and she endeds the door, and she sits into the door.
