On May 25, 2017, the Defendant was released from the Suwon Detention House on July 3, 2018, when he/she was sentenced to a suspension of execution for six months for fraud. On January 23, 2018, the Suwon District Court sentenced three months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. and five months of imprisonment with prison labor, etc. at the Suwon District Court on January 23, 2018, and the judgment became final and conclusive by waiver of the right to appeal the same day, and the said suspended execution was invalidated and the period of parole was expired on October 4, 2018.

1. On February 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s residence located in Silung-si, the fact was not owned with the victim D; (b) received money from the victim as the price for goods; and was planned to use it as gambling funds, etc.; (c) in E, the Defendant reported the victim’s writing to the effect that “it is intended to purchase the item” in E contact with the victim, and then sent 205,000 won to the Defendant’s bank F account in the name of the Defendant on the same day; (d) received money from the victim to the Defendant’s bankF account on the same day; and (e) received KRW 2,619,000 from February 28, 2017 to January 16, 2019 as indicated in the attached Table 1, and acquired the total amount of KRW 14 from the victim to the victim’s total amount of goods as the price for goods.

2. On January 24, 2019, the Defendant made a false statement to the Defendant’s residence located in Silung-si, that the facts were not owned by the Defendant’s “Stwawawawait”, and was planned to use the money from the victim to repay the bonds in the name of the goods. However, “I sell Stwawawait” in E, the Defendant reported the false statement to the victim “I will send 130,000 won to the Defendant’s account in the name of HI on the same day from the victim.”
