Reasons

1. A claim seeking the exclusion of executory force of the above judgment on the ground that the obligation based on the judgment entered in the order against the Defendant by the Plaintiff on November 24, 2017 (Articles 257(1) and 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act) was extinguished by repayment.
