On 24, 2016. 01:25, the Defendant driven a vehicle B with approximately KRW 300 meters from the 0.098% alcohol concentration in blood, from the vicinity of the Busan East-gu hot spring road to the Geum River basin in the same Dong, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.098% in blood.
