1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 50,986,301 and KRW 50,000 among them, Defendant A Co., Ltd. on March 2013.
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;

Part dismissing part of Defendant B and C: Pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning Legal Interest Rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, the statutory interest rate from October 1, 2015, shall be 15% per annum; 3. Grounds for recognition
(a) A claim against Defendant A: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
B. Each claim against Defendant B and C: Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act)
