The defendant is a person who drives a Brane XG car.
On November 24, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.170% among blood transfusions. On November 24, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at approximately KRW 300 meters from a ABC bowling parking lot located as a regular course of business in Gwangju Seo-gu to the front way of the regular market located as a pair of villages in Gwangju Seo-gu.
