The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Reasons

1. On January 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 07:55, at the street of “C” located in Jeju-si, Jeju-si; (b) on the street of the Defendant’s branch and the victim D (Nam, 26 years old); and (c) on the part of the police officers dispatched after receiving a report of 112, confirmed the details of damage, etc.; and (d) on the part of the victim, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking the victim’s head knife by hand.
