Purport of claim and appeal
The first instance court.
1. The reasoning of the court's explanation of this case is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept this case by the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
(1) The grounds for appeal by the plaintiff are not significantly different from the allegations in the first instance court, and even if the evidence submitted in the first instance court was presented by the plaintiff, the fact-finding and decision in the first instance court are justified. 2. The decision in the first instance court is justifiable. Thus, the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
