The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal doctrine and the evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding the requirements for protective measures under Article 4(1)1 of the Act on the Performance of Police Officers’ Duties, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
