The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. 공소사실 피고인은 2016. 6. 29. 20:35 경 대전 동구 B에 있는 C 교회에서 교회 재정문제로 피해자 D 등과 실랑이를 벌이던 중 위 교회 목사인 E, 신도 여러 명이 있는 가운데 “ 야 이 새끼야, 너 뭐하는 거야, 뻔뻔한 새끼야, 꺼져 이 새끼야” 라는 등으로 큰소리로 말하여 피해자를 모욕하였다.
