1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 as well as 24% per annum from January 31, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. It shall be as specified in the attached Form for application for indication;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and the “debtor” to be the “Defendant.” The Plaintiff reduced the interest in arrears at the first day of pleading of the instant case to 24% per annum on the date of pleading of the instant case). 2.
