A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On August 30, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the Seoul Central District Court on August 30, 2013 due to the charge of forging official documents, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 5, 2013.
Criminal facts
1. Forgery of an official document;
A. A. Around August 1, 2011, the Defendant compiled and printed the name of the corporation of the above certificate of income into “(ND)” using the window screen program, the date of issuance as “02 July 01, 201,” and “43,769,250 won,” respectively, by editing and printing the amount of income into “43,769,250 won,” by means of “43,250 won,” by gathering a certificate of income of the Defendant issued in the name of the head of the regional tax office in the name of the State at the time of his/her employment in the PC located in the PC located in the Campdong-dong of Sungnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si.”
Accordingly, the defendant, for the purpose of exercising his official document, forged one copy of the income certificate against the defendant under the name of the head of the regional tax office.
