1. Defendant A, B, and C are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 272,561,140 and KRW 272,409,140 among them. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 25789, Nov. 1, 2014>
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. From October 1, 2015, pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553, Oct. 1, 2015), a claim for damages for delay exceeding the above ratio is dismissed, recognizing only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015, pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which was partially amended.
4. Defendant C: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
